How long will the compensation process take?

From the time you start work with us, and then our Spanish lawyers, we will asses your individual case and start work immediately.

 

There is no exact time frame that we can tell you as all cases are different, but we would estimate that the entire legal process should take no longer than 18 – 24 months.

 

You may find that in certain cases, the company(s) that you are pursuing will want to settle out of court.

 

In the event of this happening, we would suggest you take the advice from our Lawyers and decide what is the best option you your own personal circumstances.

How am I updated of my legal case throughout the process?

If you agree to work with us then you will be placed in direct contact with our english speaking lawyers based in Spain and you will be updated by them when there has been any signification change in your legal case.
